with us before they can place their first order.

New Accounts or Accounts without Approved Credit: Full payment in US dollars is required before orders are shipped. Payment by check or money order may be mailed to the above address or provide Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card account number and expiration date. Payments may also be made through PayPal.
Shipping: Shipping charges will be added to all orders, FOB our warehouse. Call for freight quote if needed. Overseas orders are insured at customer’s expense and request.
Terms: Above terms are available to accounts with approved credit. Orders will be held for all delinquent accounts. A finance charge of 1½ % per month (18% per year) will be applied to all past-due accounts. Accounts with three delinquent payments may lose credit privileges and be required to pre-pay all future orders.
Damages Due to Carrier: If you receive a shipment that contains damaged materials due to the cartons being mishandled, dropped,
broken, etc., you must save the carton and file a claim with the carrier. Starcrafts LLC is not responsible for damages incurred by
trucking or delivery services.
Damages Due to Packing: If any items are received damaged due to insufficient packaging materials, you may return the damaged items to us for credit. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. Starcrafts LLC does not accept claims for damages after the 48 hour period. (See Returns below.)
Problems with Shortages or Mis-ships: You must notify us within 30 days of ship date of any discrepancies (incorrect orders or amounts). Returns: ACS Software is not returnable once opened. Starcrafts LLC does not accept returns of books due to overstock, or returns
of stock that was not purchased from us directly. Returns due to incorrect shipments will be accepted with a pre-approved Return
Merchandise Authorization. Write or fax our Wholesale Department with your company information, invoice number and date, and
the reason for return. After review, we will return it to you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which must be included
